Aftobi vs. Abdjush : Two traditions, One Excellence

Aftobi Sultanas are naturally sun-dried, with no sulfur dioxide (SO₂) treatment. Their color ranges from medium to dark brown, and their flavor is slightly more intense, with earthy and caramelized notes that result from the slow exposure to direct sunlight.
