About our
diced papaya.
Produced in Thailand from fresh papaya, our papaya dice are the result of a carefully controlled process that preserves the fruit’s natural sweetness in a convenient, uniform format.
The fresh fruit is peeled and cut into 8–10 mm dice, treated with sulphite, boiled, then soaked in sugar syrup. The dice are finally dried with hot air until the target moisture content is reached, ensuring a 12-month shelf life at ambient temperature.
Our papaya dice are distinguished by their natural colour, sweet taste, and chewy texture.
