About our
ginger chunks.
Our ginger chunks come from Thailand and are presented as crystallised, dehydrated pieces. This format brings together ginger’s characteristic warmth with the sweetness of crystallisation.
The finished chunks have a natural colour, a chewy texture and a sweet, gently spicy taste. Each piece is approximately 15–30 × 15–30 × 10–20 mm.
The recipe contains ginger, sugar and sodium metabisulphite (E223). Contains sulphites. Defined product parameters and a 12-month shelf life give buyers a clear basis for their specifications.
